Exception: Failed to setup a sample provider GH5 4k Footage

Avid will not open or AMA link to 4k .mov files from Panasonic gh5...They were linking and working earlier today.  Not I get this message when I try to load them into play window. Exception: Failed to setup a sample provider

Any ideas?
