Link to XDCAM Files from Sony EX1R

Hallo togehter,

Avid Mediacomposer 2018.1 works fine.

I work sometimes  with XDCAM Files and when i want to LINK it work´s   very very slow. It´s  a Nablet-problem?

What´s that?
