according to my Application Manager, I have the the perpetual standard support and upgrade plan,
I have license for Media Composer and Symphony for many years now. On last December I paid the 299$ for this new plan. I know that I'm entitled for the BCC lite (Didn't install it because I'm happy with the old BCC 8.1.1) NewBlue Titler Pro 1, I Installed it and very happy with it, and I thought I'm also entitled for the Sorenson Squeeze Lite 10 Pro. I installed it through the Application Manager, It requested activation, I filled my M.C activation ID and I'm getting the the message "Fail Activation - Product name is not defined..."
Sorenson Squeeze 10 Lite is not eligible for my support plan?
