Avid not seeing BRAW TC from source

I am trying to send my BRAW avid sequence via aff to Resolve and noticed that every single clip I used has a starting time code of 00:00:00:00 and not the TC imbedded on the original clips. Obviously this does not allow me to do this roundtrip since no clips match the original TC so the sequence clips come up as offline on Resolve.  Any insights?
