Still havent got back to me at all 3 days later - my local reseller Jigsaw did help me though and did a remote session and so I could still continue working and patying te bills!
It was a similar story on my last issue requesting supoport (the not saving for a whole day thing) - although they did resolve this when someone took ownership of the case when I started kicking off a bit.
Does anyone else have any experiences that would indicate an issue and a need to kindly ask Marioanna to 'have a word'?
It used to be great and you could often have a chat with a support guy there and then but these days they just take your details and then go silent on you until you hassle further :(
