BRAW into Avid issue

I'm trying to figure out the best way to get the BRAW files 4K into Avid.

Here's the issue, Source is 4096x2160. I put them into Resolve make MXF DNxHR HQ 4096x2160. 

Now if I add them to the MXF folder and bring them in by the media tool they get a frameflex? But if I link to the MCF file in Avid, NO frameflex????

I feel like I'm losing my mind here. All the metadata shows the files are 4096x2160 and the other media from another day that was shot ProRes was 4096x2160... So why can't I get these files into my MXF folder and media tool without a random Frameflex being added.
