problems with Refresh Sequence all

Hi Avid,

Media Composer 2023.8.1 on PC.

I'm writing to report a problem with the Refresh Sequence All feature.

Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't.

Sometimes the shortcut button doesn't work, but the menu command does. Sometimes neither one works. When I try to Refesh group - sometimes refresh Sequence All doesn't work, but group edits refresh does or  neither one.

There is also a problem with the Color Adapters Refresh feature.

Could you please look into these issues?
